Ek Sham Shri Sai Ke Naam
The
Manhar Udhas concert was held on the evening of Sunday, April 6, 2008
at the Santa Clara
Convention Center.
An added attraction was the Silent Auction that was arranged as part of
the temple project. Items included Baba’s robes, shawls, pooja items,
garlands, pictures, art items etc. to name a few.
Even
as everyone waited to get soulfully immersed in Sai despite the delay,
the concert got off to a flying start. Manharji’s skillful rendition of
the Bhajans soon had the audience tapping and humming the Bhajans
softly. ‘Jab Charon Aur Andhera Hai’, ‘Malik Tere Bandhe Ham’, ‘Ek
Jholi Me Phool Bhare Ek Jholi Me Kate Koi Karan Hoga’ contributed
immensely to the mesmerizing effect of getting immersed in Sai. The
evening finally drew to a close with the bid winners taking home their
prized possessions. The event was a grand success.

Parivaar invites you all for “Ek Sham Shri Sai Ke
Naam” a devotional musical concert by the legendary singer Manhar
Udhas.
Ticket prices are $100,
$50, $25, $15. Tickets will be available at the Shirdi
Sai Center
at Sunnyvale and Odd Fellows Hall at Cupertino on
Thursdays.
Parallel to this program
