Who we are?
We started as a small group of Sai devotees in 2002 meeting for Bhajans every Thursday and have now grown to more than 10,000 Saibandhus residing in and around the Bay Area in California. We have an emailing group called Sai Parivaar (Sai_Parivaar@yahoogroups.com) and all Saibandhus interact/share their experiences through this mailing group.

In 2004 the group (Shirdi Sai Parivaar) was registered as a corporation and received the non-profit public charity organization status 501(C)(3) in July, 2005. All the donations to Shirdi Sai Parivaar are tax deductible. Our Tax ID is 20-1881480.

What we do?
We conduct weekly Satsanghs on Thursday’s (7:30pm – 9:00 pm) at Shirdi Sai Center
1221 California Circle, Milpitas, CA - 95035. Satsangh agenda includes Sai Bhajans and Shej Aarti. Once a month we also chant Sai Namavali, Vishnu Sahasranaamam and Sai Mahima. This gives us a chance to feel the presence of Baba in our midst and in turn spread Sai philosophy to other devotees.

All those interested to host Satsanghs at the hall can send an email to either Sai_Parivaar@yahoogroups.com or Saibandhu@yahoo.com

By HIS grace, we have been able to successfully celebrate events like Mahasamadhi, Ramanavami and Gurupoornima.

Shirdi Sai Parivaar Activities

  • To facilitate the congregation of Shirdi Sai Baba devotees, conduct weekly prayer meetings, share their individual experiences, and to aid in maintaining peace and harmony in one’s life through Sai Baba’s teachings.
  • To organize events to commemorate the significance of Sai Baba’s philosophy and life history.
  • To provide a medium for spreading the message of love, peace, and harmony among the devotees.
  • To inculcate the philosophy of Sai Baba, in children, by teaching them hymns, music, and by encouraging them to participate in creative craft/dramatic activities.
  • To organize “Feed the hungry” and other charitable events in the local community
